I am a type 1 diabetic and i will say if your bloodsugar levels are constantly high this will definitely help. For me though my bloodsugar levels are never too high anyway, but i noticed that my sugar levels do drop a lil bit more than usuall but it is not bad as it is manageable. I must say though since i have been taking this i have not had the flu once. So this is a keeper for me. Thank you.

I've been taking a teaspoon daily since lockdown started, initially bought via Amazon but now purchase direct from Epic, has a strong taste, hits the back of the throat when you take it. Not pleasant, however I've noticed a massive reduction in hair loss. Its really quite amazing so I'm recommending this to everyone.

A very pure and potent Black Seed Oil, bitter in taste, high in strength and dark in colour. All of which are characteristics of the authentic nature of this oil. I have tried many different brands and this is by far the best of them all, it’s reasonably priced and delivery and service is impressive. I find this oil alleviates my eczema flare-ups and has a very calming effect on the mood. It really helps with digestive issues too. I would suggest a bigger sized bottle would be great as the 100ml bottle only lasts a week.

This is a really good quality oil and I have already seen a reduction in my allergies and asthma symptoms. My only recommendation is that you offer larger sized bottles (300 - 500 ml) which would last longer for a family of 4+.

I've been taking the oil for about 3 weeks now and there's a big improvement in my asthma already. I increased the dose gradually, starting with just half a teaspoon and now take two to three teaspoons spread over the day, starting in the morning when I wake up. I sleep really well now and don't wake up reaching for my inhaler. I'll continue with my 3 teaspoons a day and I'm sure I'll continue to improve. This oil is battling with chronic, allergic asthma so the improvement so far is amazing. The company is very helpful too and came across as really genuine. Love this product. Was very sceptical about blackseed oil flu claims. However after testing this for weeks working in an outdoor environment surrounded by man flu work mates. Then I have the kids at home who have been sick with flu, cold and all sorts. normally I would catch something. Not this time however. So blackseed really dose help with the flu and cold. Iv also notice my joints and muscles are less painful then usual which could have a direct link to blackseed oil I been told. Excited to seed what other benefits I receive taking blackseed oil.

This review is coming too late, but I must say am absolutely delighted with epic nature's black seed oil. This company is here to stay, I can't say that about many others. I purchased this product a month ago, to my greatest surprise I got a another one free just because I was going through some financial difficulty, I mean who does that especially with the global pandemic crippling a lot of businesses.
